Volk, Poulos & Coates was founded in April of 2002, when three medical malpractice trial attorneys merged their offices, combining over sixty years of medical litigation experience.

Volk Poulos & Coates has offices in El Paso, TX and Las Cruces, NM. We primarily represent clients throughout Texas and New Mexico.

We have prosecuted malpractice claims against doctors, hospitals, clinics, nurses, pharmacies, drug manufacturers, and numerous other entities in the health care field.
